Who can purchase medical cannabis in Vermont?
Only registered patients and caregivers with a valid Vermont Medical Marijuana Registry (MMR) card can legally purchase medical cannabis from a licensed dispensary.
How do I become a registered medical marijuana patient in Vermont?

How long is a Vermont medical cannabis card valid?
Medical cannabis cards are valid for three years from the date of issue. Annual check-ins with your provider are still encouraged.
What conditions qualify for medical cannabis in Vermont?

Can out-of-state patients use their medical card in Vermont?
No. Vermont does not currently accept out-of-state medical cannabis cards.
What do I need to bring to the dispensary?
You must present a valid MMR patient or caregiver card and a government-issued photo ID.
Can I bring someone with me?
Only registered caregivers may accompany patients inside the dispensary.
What are the monthly purchase limits for patients?
Patients may purchase up to 2 ounces of cannabis flower or its equivalent in other forms every 30 days.
