Policies
1. Order Modifications
- Orders may be updated or canceled up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery (before 5 PM).
- Changes requested after this window may not be accommodated.
- Repeated last-minute changes may result in restricted delivery access.
2. Delivery Conduct
- Please be ready at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Our drivers will wait up to 5 minutes at the delivery location.
- Missed deliveries may result in a $15 fee and require rescheduling.
3. Safety Requirements
- A valid VMR card and ID must be presented at delivery.
- Only the registered patient or caregiver may receive the order.
- Delivery must occur at the registered VMR address—no exceptions.
4. Animals / Access Issues
- Please secure pets prior to delivery for driver safety.
- Ensure safe and clear access to the delivery location (driveway, entrance, etc.).
- If access is unsafe or blocked, delivery may be canceled and rescheduled.
5. No Home Entry Policy
- For safety and compliance, drivers do not enter homes.
- All deliveries are completed at the door or designated outdoor area.
- Please meet the driver outside or at the entrance when possible.
